InjuryVictim is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, medical advice, or emergency assistance. Attorney availability depends on the matter, jurisdiction, existing representation, and participating attorneys.

No guaranteed referral or response

Submitting a request does not guarantee a referral, response, attorney contact, representation, or any result. If a referral is made, an attorney or law firm may contact you. You decide whether to hire that attorney or firm.

No attorney-client relationship or deadline protection

Submitting information to InjuryVictim does not create an attorney-client relationship or retain an attorney. It does not file a claim, notify another party, or toll, extend, preserve, or satisfy any legal deadline. Do not wait for a referral or response when a deadline or urgent need may apply.

Attorney fees and services

Any representation, services, fees, costs, or fee agreement must be discussed directly with the attorney or law firm.

Your submission

You must be at least 18 to submit a request. Provide truthful information and only information you are authorized to provide. Do not submit medical records, identification numbers, financial account numbers, home addresses, or other unnecessary sensitive information or documents.

Privacy

Information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Changes

InjuryVictim may update these terms or limit or discontinue requests when necessary to comply with law or service availability.
